Zhejiang Ounitech Robot Co., Ltd. was established in November 2020, operating address is located in Ningbo Yinzhou District, is a professional in the field of commercial cleaning robot high-tech enterprises, focusing on the creation of high intelligence, high quality commercial robot products. The company has about 60 employees, of which 67% are R&D personnel.
The company has developed two commercial cleaning robots, namely the commercial cleaning model (model: Q3-G) and the garment factory strong suction model (model Q3-W). Among them, Q3-G is mainly used for the floor cleaning of workshops, office buildings, hotels, subways and other commercial places, and the product can be cleaned, vacuumed and washed at the same time. The Q3-W was developed specifically for garment factories to handle waste such as fabric and thread.
At present, the company has sold more than 600 cleaning robots. In China, it is used in Xi 'an Metro Line 8, Hangzhou Tianmuli, Yunzhou International, Jinhua Obligation Headquarters Economic Park, and some universities and enterprises. In addition, the company's products in Europe, South Korea, Norway, Israel, Russia, Poland and other countries have achieved sales.
The company completed the pre-A round of financing in early 2023, with a valuation of 150 million yuan and financing of 20 million yuan. This round of financing is led by Ningbo Zhongzhe Group for product research and development, production and market development. At present, the main shareholders of the company include Mr. Luo Qian, chairman of Shupu Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. (the actual controller of Qiyuan Robot), the private equity fund of Zhongzhe Group (Top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, Top 500 private enterprises in China), and Mr. Qian Guoyao, vice chairman of Ningbo Gaofa (stock code: 603788). The shareholders are strong.
